In this Legal Notice, “Henry Jets” refers to Henry Jets LLC, a global charter broker facilitating air charter services as an intermediary between its clients (referred to as “Charterers”) and third-party aircraft operators (referred to as “Operators”).

Henry Jets arranges air transportation services by chartering aircraft from Operators, acting as agent in the name and on behalf of Charterers.

Henry Jets does not own, operate, maintain, or charter aircraft. It is not a contracting, actual, direct, or indirect air carrier and does not provide air transportation services.

There is no carriage or charter agreement between Henry Jets and the Charterers and/or passengers. Henry Jets is not a party to the carriage or charter agreements between Operators and Charterers (represented by Henry Jets) (the “Carriage Agreements”), and therefore assumes no liability or responsibility in relation to such agreements.

Henry Jets does not assume liability for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay arising from any action or omission of the Operators or third parties, or occurring out of or in connection with the Carriage Agreements and/or the flights (or any related services), whether incurred by Charterers or passengers.

The booking of any air charter services (and any related services) through Henry Jets by a Charterer will be subject to and governed by an Aircraft Charter Brokerage Contract entered into between Henry Jets and such Charterer.

Nothing on the Henry Jets website or other media shall be construed as an offer to contract. Similarly, neither a request made by a Charterer nor any proposal sent by Henry Jets following a request shall be considered as an offer to contract. Henry Jets reserves the right to refuse to provide its services to any person or entity at its sole discretion.

To the extent US regulations, including 14 CFR Part 295 and 298, apply to the services offered by Henry Jets, Henry Jets informs Charterers that:

(i) Henry Jets is an air charter broker acting as a bona fide agent, in the name and on behalf of Charterers;

(ii) Henry Jets is not a direct US air carrier or a direct foreign air carrier in operational control of aircraft; and

(iii) The air services advertised on the Henry Jets website (or any other media) shall be provided by properly licensed direct US air carriers or direct foreign air carriers.
