• Aircraft Charter Service Agreement: The formal contract signed by the customer to confirm Aircraft Charter Services.

Art. 3 Role of Henry Jets LLC

Henry Jets LLC operates exclusively as an air charter broker, facilitating connections between Users (referred to as Charterers) and third-party Operators offering air charter services. In this capacity, Henry Jets LLC acts as a representative and intermediary, arranging air transportation services by chartering aircraft from Operators on behalf of Charterers.

Unlike a direct air carrier, Henry Jets LLC does not own, operate, maintain, or charter aircraft. It does not engage directly in air transportation services or enter into contractual agreements for air transportation with Charterers. All contractual agreements for air charter services are solely executed between the Charterer (represented by Henry Jets LLC) and the Operator.

Henry Jets LLC is not a participant in the formal agreements for air charter services (referred to as Carriage Agreements) between Charterers and Operators. Therefore, Henry Jets LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for incidents, including injuries, damages, delays, or losses arising from the actions or omissions of Operators or third parties.

In accordance with applicable regulations, including US regulations 14 CFR Part 295, Henry Jets LLC operates as a bona fide agent acting in the name and on behalf of Charterers. It ensures that the air services advertised are provided exclusively by properly licensed direct air carriers or foreign air carriers.

Art. 4 Acceptance of the T&Cs

By accessing or using the Henry Jets LLC website, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms apply whether you are browsing the website, making a Flight Request, or entering into a commercial relationship with Henry Jets LLC.

Art. 5 Intellectual Property

All content on the Henry Jets LLC website is the intellectual property of Henry Jets LLC and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or altered without prior written consent from Henry Jets LLC, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted.

Art. 9 Empty Legs

Prices listed for Empty Legs on the Henry Jets LLC website are indicative and not contractual offers. Actual availability and pricing can only be confirmed once the User contacts Henry Jets LLC and the respective Operator responsible for the Empty Leg provides confirmation.

Art. 10 Termination of Usage

Henry Jets LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason.

Art. 11 Ownership of Information

All materials and information on the Henry Jets LLC website, including intellectual property, are owned by Henry Jets LLC or licensed to it. Users may not use, copy, or distribute any materials without prior written consent from Henry Jets LLC, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted.
